At Untie Vacations, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to request a refund or modification. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a booking.

  1. General Refund Policy
  • Refund eligibility and processing time vary based on the type of booking, travel package, airline, hotel, or service provider policies.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email at info@untievacations.com with all relevant details.
  • All refunds are subject to deductions, including cancellation fees, processing charges, and third-party supplier penalties.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
  • Flight Tickets: Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation policy. Some fares may be non-refundable, while others may incur cancellation charges.
  • Hotel Bookings: Refunds are processed based on the hotel’s cancellation terms. Certain hotels have non-refundable policies, while others may allow partial refunds.
  • Tour Packages:
    • 30 days before departure: 70% refund of the package cost.
    • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
    • 10-14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
    • Less than 09-05 days before departure: No refund.
  • Visa & Travel Insurance Fees: Non-refundable once processed.
  1. No-Show & Partial Refunds
  • If a travellers fails to show up for a booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of flights, hotels, or tours.
  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds are processed within 7-30 business days, depending on the payment method and supplier policies.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  1. Modifications & Rescheduling
  • Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Some bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable as per supplier policies.
  1. Force Majeure & Agency Cancellations
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be provided as per supplier policies.
  • If Untie Vacations cancels a booking, a full refund will be provided.
