- Tour Packages:
- 30 days before departure: 70% refund of the package cost.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
- 10-14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
- Less than 09-05 days before departure: No refund.
- Visa & Travel Insurance Fees: Non-refundable once processed.
6. Travel Documentation & Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any necessary permits.

- Booking made directly from online booking portals without consulting us.
- We shall not be responsible for any un-availed services by the customer and this amount won’t be refunded/adjusted in any another services.
- Situations beyond our control: Force Majeure (Natural Disasters, Harsh climate etc.), Strikes, Personal Injuries, Property Damage, Hotels/Airlines under government surveillance, Government Control/Union policies especially area etc. In these cases, No Refund policy are going to be implemented and customer may need in touch cancellation charges or any additional expense caused by these circumstances. Though we’ll provide full co-operation during these incidents and that we expect an equivalent from you.
- Our contents and website are well protected by various Anti-Viruses and anti-hacking devices still thanks to ever increasing technology your personal data could be in danger. However we do assure you that these changes are going to be either shifted to similar category or upgraded ones to make sure the simplest for you.
- The company has complete authority to vary the package costing thanks to hike in tariff of hotels, transportation & fuel expenses, airfare, additional charges levied by the govt./sate/regional areas etc.
- Customer must clear the specified payments within the stipulated time. In any case if the customer fails to try to so we’ve full authority to terminate his/her booking after deducting our minimum compensation charges.
Disputes: just in case customer denies to pay the specified amount for availed/un-availed services thanks to his fault or any external factors , we’ve full authority to terminate the services immediately with none prior notice (even if he/she on tour) and file a case in jurisdiction court of Lucknow/Kanpur. Customer must persistently report at the court of jurisdiction. (Note: The language to be used during the case is going to be English).
14. General Provisions
- Our knowledge and supported either exploration or internet. Just in case our executives haven’t explored a particular area they’re going to convey the knowledge from the respective hotelier’s/airlines/transporter’s websites. Just in case these websites showcases the amenities which aren’t present during your visit we’ll not hold any responsibility for an equivalent.

- Every destination have different standards of services i.e. Hotel/Airlines/Aids, transport etc. facilities which may/may not match together with your expectations. This creates a vulnerable situation for us to supply exemplary services to you.
- We don’t offer any sort of insurance to the purchasers and nor to their belongings.
- Any damage to the things/property done by the purchasers during the tour must be bear by them only.
- After booking, confirmation letter/E-tickets are going to be issued to the customer. Customer must undergo it carefully and just in case of any error must interact with us immediately because the afterward information won’t be considered.
- Abusive Language /Violent Behavior of customer won’t be tolerated and company will seize all the services immediately.
